LEGAL / GOVERNANCE

Terms of Use

Effective 21 October 2026PUBLIC ACCESS TERMS

These Terms govern access to NTRY.AI, its interfaces, data products, intelligence, APIs and related materials. By using the service, you agree to these Terms.

01

Limited permission to access

NTRY grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to view the publicly available service for lawful personal or internal business evaluation. No ownership, licence to underlying intellectual property, or right to commercial exploitation is transferred except where NTRY expressly agrees in writing.

02

NTRY materials and intellectual property

The service and its protected materials include its selection and arrangement of information, taxonomies, entity and relationship maps, data compilations, derived metrics, scores, calculation methods, chart configurations, interactive presentation, editorial structure, analysis, hypotheses, forecasts, scenario weights, software, designs, graphics, text, marks and trade dress.

Public facts and third-party materials remain subject to their respective rights. NTRY claims rights in its original work, compilation, organization, transformations, calculations, commentary and presentation, not ownership of facts that are free for anyone to verify independently.

03

Prohibited reuse

Unless expressly permitted by law or by prior written permission from NTRY, you may not:

  • copy, reproduce, republish, upload, transmit, distribute, sell, sublicense, syndicate, frame or commercially exploit a material part of the service;
  • modify, adapt, translate, repackage or create derivative works from NTRY materials, datasets, analysis, visualizations or distinctive presentation;
  • systematically scrape, crawl, harvest, index, mine, extract or reconstruct NTRY data, relationships, metrics or outputs, whether manually or through automated software;
  • use NTRY materials to train, fine-tune, ground, benchmark, evaluate or improve an artificial-intelligence or machine-learning system, or to build a competing dataset, model, research product or intelligence service;
  • remove or obscure source links, timestamps, methodology, copyright notices or other provenance and rights information;
  • bypass access controls, technical restrictions, rate limits, authentication, robots instructions or other safeguards; or
  • misrepresent NTRY output as your own work or imply NTRY endorsement.
04

Permitted citation and indexing

You may link to a public NTRY page and quote a limited excerpt for commentary, journalism, scholarship or review when you provide clear attribution and a direct link, subject to applicable law. General-purpose search engines may index public pages solely for search and linking when they comply with NTRY's robots instructions and do not use the content for model training or commercial dataset construction.

Broader use, data access, publication, redistribution, API access, model use or commercial licensing requires a separate written agreement.

04A

Downloaded reports

A report released after an email or survey submission remains NTRY proprietary research licensed only for personal or internal business evaluation. Completing a form, receiving a file or providing feedback does not grant a right to publish, redistribute, sell, syndicate, modify, reproduce derivatives from, scrape, extract into a dataset, or use the report for model training. Source notices, caveats, methodology, timestamps and rights notices must remain intact.

Personal information submitted through a report-access form is handled under the Privacy Notice and remains separate from Chronicle evidence and NTRY longitudinal norms.

05

Third-party sources

NTRY links to and analyzes information from third parties. Those materials remain owned or licensed by their respective publishers and may be subject to additional terms. An NTRY citation or link does not grant permission to reproduce the underlying source. Users must review and comply with the source's own rights and restrictions.

06

Evidence, inference and forecasts

NTRY distinguishes observed evidence, contextual research, NTRY-authored inference, modeled estimates and forecasts. Outputs may be incomplete, delayed, revised or wrong. Forecasts and forward-looking statements depend on assumptions and uncertain future events. Nothing on the service is investment, legal, accounting or tax advice, a solicitation, or a recommendation to buy or sell any asset.

You remain responsible for independent verification, due diligence and decisions made using the service.

07

No warranty and limitation

The public service is provided on an “as available” basis without warranties of accuracy, completeness, timeliness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. NTRY may correct, withdraw, restrict or change material at any time.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NTRY and its operators will not be liable for indirect, consequential, special or punitive loss arising from access to, inability to use, or reliance on the public service.

08

Enforcement and changes

NTRY may suspend or revoke access when it reasonably believes these Terms, intellectual-property rights or service safeguards have been violated. NTRY may update these Terms by publishing a revised effective date. Additional API, enterprise, subscription or written licence terms prevail for the relevant service if they conflict with these public Terms.

For permission to reuse NTRY material, or to discuss NTRY's use of publisher material, email info@ntry.ai. Any licence or reciprocal arrangement requires a separate written agreement; a request or citation does not itself grant permission.
