Privacy Notice

Effective 23 October 2026PUBLIC BETA

This notice explains the limited personal information NTRY collects through its Beta report-access form, the separate SurveyMonkey questionnaire and privacy-preserving site analytics.

01

Information collected

When you request a report, NTRY collects your email address, acceptance of the current Terms and Privacy Notice, and any separate optional marketing consent. If you choose to complete the separate SurveyMonkey questionnaire, SurveyMonkey collects the answers you submit under its applicable privacy terms. Site analytics may record that a survey was opened. Before sending analytics events, NTRY removes query strings and fragments from page addresses and excludes private review and administration paths. Country choices use bounded event properties. NTRY does not send report-form values, survey answers, email addresses or free text as analytics event properties.

02

Why NTRY uses it

NTRY uses required report-access information to release the requested document, prevent abuse and maintain a record of the licence accepted at download. Voluntary SurveyMonkey responses help NTRY understand which industries, intelligence questions and markets users value and improve the Beta. Marketing updates are sent only when separate optional consent is given.

03

Separation from market evidence

Lead and survey data is stored outside Chronicle. It is not treated as market evidence, included in longitudinal norms, used to generate Signals, or combined with the evidence graph. Free-text answers are not sent to Vercel Analytics.

04

Storage and retention

Report requests are held in an access-controlled lead store and the report itself is held in private document storage. Beta submissions are assigned a 12-month deletion date unless a shorter period is required by law, a user requests deletion, or an ongoing relationship provides a lawful reason to retain them.

05

Service providers

NTRY uses infrastructure providers including Vercel and a Vercel-managed database provider to host the site, private document and lead store. The voluntary research questionnaire is hosted by SurveyMonkey. These providers process information to deliver their respective services under their applicable security and privacy terms. NTRY does not sell personal information.

06

Your choices

Marketing consent is optional and is not required to download the report. You may ask to access, correct or delete your Beta submission, or withdraw marketing consent, by emailing info@ntry.ai.

07

Security and limits

NTRY applies access controls, bounded form validation, private document delivery and fail-closed configuration. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Do not submit confidential, regulated or sensitive personal information in the strategic-question field.
